AZ Hot Sauce Lacrosse is dedicated to teaching the basic fundamentals of lacrosse and to promote the love and spirit of the game to young boys (K-8th grade) and young men (9th-12th grade) in the state of Arizona.
Frankie Armenta is going to be heading up the High School division of Hot Sauce Lacrosse.
He has been involved in lacrosse almost all his life. He has participated in every aspect of the game - as a player and coach. He was born and raised in Tucson, AZ and was introduced to the game at a very young age. He began as ball boy for the Arizona Holiday Lacrosse Camp and had the opportunity to learn from the best. He played high school lacrosse for the Tucson Gamecocks/Tucson Xtreme and played for the University of Arizona as a attackman and midfielder. After playing at both levels he used his skills coaching the JHS Bobcats and Sabino Sabercats in Tucson AZ. After moving to the Phoenix area, he began running the Gilbert Tiger Lacrosse program (K-12th) and is currently the Gilbert Tiger Lacrosse Varsity Head Coach (2011-Present). He was awarded High School Coach of the year in 2013 also leading his team to get sportsmanship award in 2014.
